[Solved] Internet Access on a Guest OS through a Phone Modem

I would like to know how to allow a guest OS (Linux 2.6) to use my host's internet connection, a Sony Ericsson W910i phone modem connection. Currently, I'm also connected to a LAN without an internet connection, and the guest is connected to this network. How do I connect the guest machine to the phone connection and not the LAN? The guest network adapter is currently attached to NAT. Thanks.

I managed to do it, in Windows XP, enabling internet connection sharing with the Phone's connection and consequently changing the LAN connection's IP gives the virtual machine internet access.

Your best bet is to share the modem connection once its made via the Host and possibly a (vbox)Bridge.
