Hey guys im fairly new with virtual machines and i have found that they can be unreliable

for example one day the display will be at the perfect resolution for my screen and then the next it will have changed significantly with out me touching any settings.
if anyone could make my virtual machine experience better please let me know

I am afraid that we are going to need a lot more information than what you have supplied to be able to help you.
You need to either describe what you are seeing or provide a screen shot for us to look at.
Also settings for the host and the guest/guests that are affected.
Plus your profile states that you are using the OSE mandriva edition. Is this correct?
