I have a question about Bootable Medium somthing

When i start my Virtualbox a message pops "Bootable Medium" or somthing like that.
I dont know where can i get a bootable CD!
Can somone help me?
I downloaded Windows XP.iso and it still wont work!

What to do?

In the guest setting you need to select the CD/DVD-ROM and then put a check mark in the box ISO image FIle.
Then select the image from there by adding one to the media manager.
Then save and start the VM.

Keep in mind that downloaded Windows images might not be bootable. If you really want to have something bootable, insert your own install disc of Windows or grab a Linux ISO.

I am not really good with all of that "Burning" stuff so can someone please send me a bootable windows xp.iso?

It is certainly easier (faster, quieter) to set up a VM from an ISO rather than from a CD, but there is no need for a download, as it's trivially easy to make an ISO image of your own XP install CD. Download the freeware tool "ImgBurn" which I like best for this job, it has a wizard for imaging the CD as an ISO.

Incidentally: using illegal downloaded XP images is asking for a world of hurt. My understanding is that these are usually rips of "Enterprise" licenses, and I know that MS has a list of many of these license keys.
