Sharing bluetooth device

Hi,
I'm using Virtualbox 2.2.4 on Ubuntu 8.10. My guest system is Win XP.
I need to access bluetooth devices from both Linux and Windows:
- I have a bluetooth mouse
- I access my mobile phone from Windows using bluetooth (Nokia soft is available only on Windows.......)
Is there a way to make bluetooth devices visible to both OS ? So far, when I connect the bluetooth controler to Virtualbox (I add the USB device), it gets disconnected from Linux.
I would rather avoid adding a USB bluetooth device..... (I know this would enable me to have one device connected to Linux, and one to Virtualbox guest).
Thanks
