XP Pro keyboard missing dot & numkbd

Post by jiff »

Debian sid
VBox V.3.0.2 (guest: w$ XP Pro)
Xfce4 (keyboard setup = Logitech Internet, fr oss_latin9)
No Keyboard section in xorg.conf
======================================
Hi,
I just realized I've got no more numeric keyboard, nor any dot (even from the main keyboard) under VB.
As I don't use it very much, it might have been the same from 2.2.x; I'm *sure* it worked ok under 2.1.x.
XP says it uses the 102 regular kdb driver.

The Xfce4 keyboard setup was formerly Generic pc105 (INTal), fr oss_latin9, but this changes nothing.

Does anybody have a clue about this?

Thanks
jiff

I just solve this PB, but solution and PB source are quite weird: the machine holding VBox is a SYNERGY client of another.
I made tests that have shutting down the ethernet I/F and... I recover my point and numkbd!
