Install of WIN98SE fails

Hi all,
while copying files , i get following errormsg.
My host system is winxp sp2 , cpu i7 940, 8gb ram, nvidia gtx260.
Any idea?

What are the detailed settings for the guest?

Like dmcmcgraw said, you will need to give more information regarding your guest operating system, including the size of your virtual hard disk, how much system and video memory have you allocated. Do you have Intel VT-x/AMD-v turned off? Also, keep in mind that 32-bit Windows XP hosts can only recognise more than 3 GB of memory.
