Anybody recommend a good tut for vboxheadless ?

Hi!

Could anybody point me to a good tutorial for running vboxheadless using windows as the host??

I'm running Vista 64-bit w/4Gb of memory on a Core 2 Duo processor. Hope you can help!!

And indicates several tutorials.
