[Solved] Windows 2003 R2 not booting

It hangs on boot 95% of the time. What's bizzare is sometimes it works if I close VirtualBox and open it up a couple of times. It's not just this install either (a fresh install with only the additions installed). Turning off virtualization in Vbox does nothing.

Host: Vista SP2 32bit
Guest RAM: 512MB
Shared Clipboard: Bidirectional
Enable ACPI
Enable VT-x
Enable Nested Paging
VRAM: 24MB
IDE Controller Type: PIIX4
Network Adapter: Intel PRO/1000 MT Server
Attached to: Bridged Adapter
Name: Intel 8256LM Gigabit Network Connection

I've turned off VT-x and tried changing some other settings around and nothing seems to help.

Is this a 32 bit Windows server or 64 bit?
If 32 bit you should turn off VT-x/AMD-v, nested paging, and IO/APIC which will probably cause the current install to fail. You may need to leave IO/APIC on if it was set to on when you installed.
If this is the 64 bit version read section 1.6. 64-bit guests of the VBox Users Guide for more information.

It's 32-bit and it's caused by the NIC. Changing it to the PCnet-FAST III fixed the problem.
