Windows 2003 Guest OS reboot and reboot

Dear Experts,

I am using Virtualbox3.0.2. and use my existing vmware vmdk image as primary disk. When i start the Win2003 Guest OS, the Guest OS always reboot and reboot.
Does anyone help?

VM's reboot for a reason, get into safemode and disable autorestart after system failure, you then get more info.
Also make sure the vmware guest tools are removed.
