I though I had made it clear that you need to make sure that the host can run the USB device and that it (your PC) must be able to support USB2.
I read the link that you sent and looked at the sample code that you sent and they do not match up.

Now it appears that it is my fault that you can not make this working. So sad. Anyway, I am sure someone else will drop by and help you since apparently I can not.
