Hi,
I have not used VirtualBox before, so I might be overseeing very simple things, I beg to forgive me.
I want to be able to access a folder from both, Windows guest and Fedora Host. I tried by specifying a folder via Device->Shared Folders (the names might be slightly different as I am using a german Version just translating the names) but I did not find that folder using the Windows guest.
Can somebody help me?
Sharing folders with a Fedora host

Re: Sharing folders with a Fedora host
hera-kun,
Perhaps a quick read of section 4.6. Folder sharing of the users guide will help you.
Also you must have the guest additions installed to get the VBox folder share to work and it will be available to both host and guest.
Sharing the other direction (guest to host) is different. For this you would need to setup a network share.

Thank you.
I completly forgot about the manual. I hope I'll remember in the future ;)
