BSOD of XP Guest when installing network driver

Installing the Intel network driver causes a BSOD in the Windows guest system.

I don't think its intel related since win32k.sys is referenced, I have one VM that needs to be started twice, if you do anything after the first start it bsod's, reboot it twice and all is well.
