Care to translate what it says on the screen shot?
Also your profile states OSE and you need the PUEL version of VirtualBox to get USB support.

OK I will give this a shot since I don't read the language that is on the screen shot and you did not translate.
It appears that you are trying to use USB in Windows:
You can either enable the USB in the GUI settings of VBox and leave off the filters (do not define any) then boot into the guest and click on the USB device you want.
Or Use a blank filter (.) and then boot the guest. Unplug the USB device and plug it back in to get focus and it should appear in the guest.
