dedicated usb ports

Hi,

I Googled this and think it isn't possible but I thought I'd ask just in case...

I would like to dedicate specific USB ports to specific VMs so any device attached to such a port is automatically given to the VM.

Is this possible?

AFAIK USB ports are not assignable only devices.
See chapter 3.7.9. USB support of the users guide for additional information.

Yeah as i thought.
It'd be a nice "to have" for a future release though
