Under Windows i geto no Access to CD-ROM.

I use VB 2.2.4
WIN 7 RC

Under Device in VB it says i connect to HOST CD-ROM, but when i want to Access from guest WIN 7 system to CD-Rom, i get the message no access to CD-ROM.

Any idea?

If this is an audio CD it will not work. Data CD's are all I can get to work on a virtual CD/DVD.
If what you are using is a data CD that works on the host, try opening and closing the CD/DVD tray while in the guest.
