Hello,
I was able to run Backtrack 4 as a virtual machine, but running "iwconfig" gives me only "No wireless extensions".I'm sure Backtrack supports my wireless card Atheros AR9285.Here are all the options I have:




I want to use only the atheros card, becauser i only have wireless connection.

A VM Guest will only see the LAN devices VBox can present, a wireless one is not there, whatever you choose for the Guest gets linked to the wifi on the Host. ea. a Guest will not see the wifi link directly.

And what will it see?

Which options shoud i choose, and what to search for when i power the machine on (wlan0, eth0, rausb0)?
