Hi,
I am trying to get my vhd image working. I got the latest XPSP3-IE7 from Microsoft website, expires in august. I have the latest virtual box from the virtual box website: 3.0.2. When running it says that there is a problem with the audio and to set it as null audio option in the settings. i did that and i dint get any more errors but now after the boot screen i see the mouse for a second then get a BSOD. (very hard to capture as it reboots, how do i stop auto reboot on stop error?)
Andy help would be greatly appreciated, as with this, i may never need to go into windows.

From the manual:
11.2.4 How to record bluescreen information from Windows
guests
When Windows guests run into a kernel crash, they display the infamous bluescreen.
Depending on how Windows is configured, the information will remain on the screen
until the machine is restarted or it will reboot automatically. During installation, Windows
is usually configured to reboot automatically. With automatic reboots, there is
no chance to record the bluescreen information which might be important for problem
determination.
VirtualBox provides a method of halting a guest when it wants to perform a reset.
In order to enable this feature, issue the following command:
VBoxManage setextradata VMNAME "VBoxInternal/PDM/HaltOnReset" 1

hit [F8] key early while booting Windoze, select "safe mode"
when up and running in safe mode: Start -> execute enter: regedit.exe
