How to automatically startup a virtual machine guest OS

I'm running Windows and want to start up a VBox guest OS automatically. I can put Virtual Box in the startup menu, but is there a way to actually start a guest OS automatically? Does the VirtualBox.exe command take a command line argument to startup a guest OS or is there a way to configure VirtualBox such that when it's started up, a guest OS starts up automatically?

Virtual Box has a powerful command line function. Set the services up using your resource kit for you OS.
EDIT:
you could also create a batch file with the following
\(install path)\vboxmanage.exe startvm (name of VM to start)

Did you bother to use the search function and hints from the
Forum Posting Guide? Obviously not, else you would have found dozens of topics about it. And also ones that got closed because the answer is in plain sight. Top most topic here, run a VM as a service, doesn't that ring a bell?
Anyway, locked. If you bothered to search, you would have found the answer by now.
