shared folder in windows 7

So I installed windows xp in vbox with win7 host. what is the correct network and shared folder setting I should follow in order to share files between these two machines? kind of new to vbox...

When you're new to something, don't you start by reading the manual? That is in the Forum Posting Guide as advise, along with a lot of other things that kinda makes this question obsolete ;).
