there are some nice new cheap nvidia cards out there, that's what I'm doing... geforce 9500gt at my local store for 80$. also older versions of ubuntu, 2 very imperfect solution's for your viewing pleasure. don't cripple your box just so you don't need to reboot. if you choose to though I suggest andlinux. you still get linux and windows at the same time...
