VirtualBox can't install in the windows 2000 adv server?!

Primary OS: MS Windows 2000
VBox Version: OSE other
Guest OSses: Ubuntu

VirtualBox can't install in the windows 2000 adv server?!

I try VirtualBox-3.0.2 and 2.2.4.But it still does't work.
Does VBox support win2000Adv server?
Anybody know ?tks
