How to connect two virtualbox guests on same host?

I need help connecting two virtual boxes on same host. I need them to talk to each other. One is running Server 2003 and the other is running XP Pro? My host is Vista. Help please!!

Ok that connected the two, I can ping from my xp client to my server but i cannot ping from my server to my xp client. And also I am trying to put my client in the same domain as my server but unsuccessful. What am I missing?

We are going to need some information to be able to help you.
You need to provide the settings for the guest and what you are using for the network mode, nat, bridged,host only...
You need to remember we are not there to see it so the more information that you provide the better.

I am using Internal Networking, my server ip is 10.0.2.15, subnet is 255.255.255.0, default gw is 10.0.2.2 preferred dns is 127.0.0.1 and my xp ip is 10.0.2.16 everything else is the same as my server..
