I have VB 3.0.2 and running on Ubuntu 9.04 Nvidia drivers for graphics card, dual monitor setup using twinview with Virtualbox install of Windows XP running in full screen mode on my secondary monitor. Problem is I don't see the full-screen toolbar unless Virtual box is running in full-screen mode on my primary display. On the secondary display I get no full screen toolbar.
Any reason the toolbar is not supported on secondary displays? any way to force it to be on the secondary display, since XP is always on my secondary display I can live with the tool bar on one display.
Dual monitor setup full-screen toolbar only on primary displ

No way that I know of.
You can access the menu by using the (host key + the home key) though on either monitor.

There have always been some issues with non-primary monitors in multi-monitor setups. One example is that seamless isn't working properly (don't know current situation, but it used to be broken). I'm sure that this is another one of it's quirks.
Can't you move your panel to the second monitor, making your primary monitor work for the VM, and your secondary monitor act as primary?

Re: Dual monitor setup full-screen toolbar only on primary displ
Nice idea, so I tried it. Swapped Primary and Secondary. Now my Gnome menu bars are on the other monitor, but the virtual box menu bar stayed on the left monitor. So tried swapping the actual location of the monitors, then to keep myself sane, I had to swap the config, so that mousing to the left moves to the left monitor and mousing to the right moves to the right monitor. But the menu stayed on the left monitor, tried swapping primary and secondary, still on the left monitor.
Only way to trick it is to place the Left monitor on the right. But then it drives me nuts because you have to move your mouse to the left to move to the right monitor. Crazy.
So it appears that the menu bar is always on the left most monitor
Could have something to do with "Twinview" in the NVidia control panel.
