dell 755 e6550 virtualbox guest with 64bit doesnt work

hello community,
i have a problem with my guest windows server 2008 64bit
my host: debian lenny 64bit
virtualbox: virtualbox 3.0.2
sources.list:
deb
http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian lenny non-free
#apt-get install virtualbox-3.0
every time i try to install windows server 2008 64bit it says that the hardware is not supported
i checked bios settings 3times an vt and other virtualization tools in bios are turned on and the cpu supports 64bit!
does someone have the same problem?

bios is also up2date (A14)

who did say that... windows?
try a 64bit linux guest to verify that your hardware works

this kernel requires an x86-64 CPU, but only detected an i686 CPU.
Unable to boot - please use a kernel appropriate for your CPU
so something is wrong, but what?
i used an amd64bit kernel cd for installing debian lenny so only the packages of virtualbox could by wrong...

the debian packages from virtualbox.org are ok
thats what i have:

well i hope this works also with my dell machine
now i test this by installing windows xp 64bit and then virtualbox with windows server 2008 64bit
i report if this works/doesnt work

but i have to do this 7 times after a bios update to the latest version
8 hours for this stupid bug *arrrrrr*
