AMD-V on Athlon LE-1600 - VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED

I have Athlon LE-1600 (x64, single core), according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_AM ... processors it has AMD-V support, but in log I can see this:

"00:00:04.361 VMX - Virtual Machine Technology = 0 (0)"
...
"00:00:05.252 HWACCM: No VT-x or AMD-V CPU extension found. Reason VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED" (host system Windows XP SP2 x86, VBox 3.0.2)

in BIOS (AMI) there are no switches for AMD-V/VT-x, so I think it's enables by default

VERR_NOT_SUPPORTED - Version of what is not supported?

If you can't find the option in your BIOS, it's not available. Else my laptop would be able to provide VB VT-x, because my Intel Core Duo T2300 has VT-x too. But my mainboard just sucks and it doesn't have the Virtualization switch.

well, there is something in BIOS called "Secure Virtual Machine" (SVM), Enabled or Disabled - no difference in VBox
Google says SVM is another name for AMD-V..
Any ideas?

by the way:

this tools was recommended for testing hardware compatibility with MS Windows-XP-Mode (new VirtualPC for Win7)

Too bad I don't have XP on my laptop anymore, else I could test if the program actually works or not, because I know for certain that my mainboard does not support VT-x.

This says enough, the BIOS does not support it, upgrade the BIOS if you can.
