[Solved] Can't install Win7 RC x86 as guest

I'm having trouble installing Win7 RC x86 as a guest OS. Setup starts and works fine until I click "Install Now". 10 seconds later, it says it can't find a CD/DVD driver.

I'm using Win XP SP3 as the host. My PC has 3.5GB ram and is a 3.0GHz C2D with virtualization enabled in BIOS. Here are my vbox settings:
OS Type: WIn7
Base memory: 1034MB
Processor: 1
Boot Order: Floppy, CD/DVD. HDD
VT-x: Enabled
Nexted Paging: Disabled
Video Memory: 128MB
3D Display: Disabled
RDS: Disabled
HDD: 20GB empty fixed-sided disk
CD/DVD: Win7RCx86.iso

Any help would be appreciated.

Try VGA RAM Size 64 MB. And try the newest Version 3.02.

I neglected to say in my first post that I was using version 3.0.0. I tried allocating only 64MB RAM for video->no luck (same error). I then upgraded to version 3.0.2 and still using 64 MB vid RAM got same error.

Are you sure that the image is OK? Probably its a download error.

I downloaded it three times already as part of my initial troubleshooting. However, the MS download app did freeze during each download....

I have observed that using a download manager will cause this problem. Especially if it hangs. Try to download via http and see if it will install.

It's the MS download utility that is automatically used. Can anyone provide a direct link?

Edit: I found a link and downloaded the RC for the 4th time (no manager this time)...Win7 is installing as I type. Finally.
