VM booting PXE

Hello everyone
This is my first time posting here at this forum. I have a project at work that involves the following:
* Create a image for varies Dell Desktops and Laptops.
* Upload to a RIS Server.
* Download into the images into a Virtural Machine (VM) for Updating the SW (software), then uploading back into the RIS Server. This last step take place while in the VM.
I am using the following vitural machine from Sun Micro, virtualbox, WIN XP SP3 and Ghost 11.0. The RIS is using MS server 2003 release 2. I can preform this task on the following Desktops
* OptiPlex 520,620,745.
Also on the following Laptops
* Lat 820,810.
I am using Dell's X-image to create the images. I am having problems with the E4300 Laptops, 755, 760 Desktops. I am able to create the image, SYSPREP and boot VM with PXE. . The problem occurs when trying to map to the drive on the RIS Server. The connection is lost to the RIS server. I need to upload the mention devices drivers first into the VM to start Ghost and upload the the image. Any sugestion, help or ideas are weclome.
