mouse pointer disappear on guest winxp

after I install the guest additions , I able to get resolution of 1280x800 on winxp when I full screen . but I getting a strange problem . my mouse pointer disappear when I move the mouse on top of animate button on windows application .
the button suppose to blink and change mouse shape when I move the mouse over it . I mouse it else place and wait few second the the mouse pointer reappear.



I uninstall the guest additions the problem solve but my screen back to 1024x768 when in fullscreen.

what should i do

cpu C2D 2.20 Ghz
ram 3 GB
widescreen 1280x800

host
opensuse 11.1 (x68) kde 4.3 rc1

client
winxp sp3
no special setting on the guest . fresh install then install guest additions . full screen (1280x800). then run win application.
