[Solved] guest winxp resolution 1280x800

host opensuse 11.1 x64 and guest winxp , I wish to set the resolution 1280x800 .
I try install the guest additions but endup 800x600 . only when I go seamless mode then I get 1280x768 .

I don't want seemless mode . I just want a normal full screen mode with resolution 1280x800 .

any way for me to get that ?

the menu from the running guest window: machine -> fullscreen ... or [host key]+[f] doesnt work?

it show full screen but resolution still at 1024x768 .

I try VBoxManage setextradata global GUI/MAXGuestResolution auto

in winxp I still don't 1280x800

never mind . it work now . I disable the full screen then enable it again . now it show 1280x800
