Attempted to upgrade 3.0 to 3.0.2, and near the end of the install (progress bar 100%), the install freezes. Went to reboot and retry, and now it fails.
My connection goes out, and then shortly after it starts "rolling back"
I have attempted to uninstall 3.0 to try a fresh install, and the 3.0 uninstall does not work. It seems to work, but VB remains on my system, fully accessible.

Any suggestions?
This is using Windows 7, 64bit.

Ok.. Not sure what the problem was. The installer is VERY flaky at the end of the installation.
What I did was reran the 3.0 install and selected REPAIR.
From there, I could upgrade to 3.0.2. Seems to be working ok.

Moving to Windows 7RC Host.
