I haven't seen this anywhere else.
For some reason, when I start VirtualBox, I get an error when it attempts to load VirtualBox.xml. I reinstalled VirtualBox 3.0.0 but it is the same error.
It says "Premature end of data tag VirtualBox in line 4". I took a look and it seems half of the xml file is missing.
I am running Vista 64 and my guest OS is Ubuntu.
I have attached the VirtualBox.xml Is there anything I can do to fix the file?
Thanks
Error starting VirtualBox
Re: Error starting VirtualBox
The attachment isn't there, but you can rename the file, VBox will recreate one for you, then compare the 2 and fix your original.

That worked! Thanks, I was able to repair the xml file and get everything back.
