VB3.0 Issue on Install guest additions

Hi to all,
i can't install the guest additions on a windows 2003 guest. I tried also with /NCRC flag but without luky....
Any ideas ??

p.s. my host Vista 64, Vb3.0 upgraded from 2.2.4.

for info, i have found solution.I had unmounted an remounted virtual addiction iso, then all works
