Question about Host only networking

Post by gnapero »

Hi everybody

I have a question about "host only networking".

Does the "host only networking" allow to make a connection directly beetween network and virtual machine leaving out the host? In my case I need to connect to internet with my guest (winxp) leaving out my host (windows Vista) becuase with this last one I have trouble to connect to internet.

Thank you for your time
Bye

Host only is between host and guests only. Internet not reachable.
Bridged allows a guest full internet access both in and out.

My way: "You live as long as you learn".
