VirtualBox 3.0 and VBoxSDL

Hi

In my environment I'm mainly using VBoxSDL and I'd like to know there was any improvement on VBoxSDL in VB 3.0.
Since I'm having some problems sometimes with VBoxSDL, would it be worth upgrading to VB 3.0?
BTW, is the upgrade seamless, with no need to change configuration or, in my case, script based on vboxsdl.exe used to run VM (i.e. are vboxsdl options the same?)?

AFAIK all improvements are downward compatible. You can read the change logs since your version here VirtualBox Change Logs
