my notebook is thinkpad T60 (T7200 2.0G,2GRAM ,SATA 160G,ATI X1400),when i use virtual machine with virtualbox 3.0,it works very slowly.
my host is windows 7 ,i use virtualbox 3.0 with guest windows xp, it spend me 3 hours to install xp into virtuamachine.and host cpu's usage rate is always 100%
and when i use ubuntu host ,it is sames as in windows host , install xp geust spend me about 3 hours,and cpu's usage rate is always 100%.
why with is and how can i do?

install 2.2.4, Virtualbox x.y.0 release is always somewhat experimental

I have install the last version 3.0.2 in same notebook,but is same sa 3.0.0,virtualmachine with guest XP is very solw.

How many cores are you using?I wouldn't use more than 1 in a notebook.
