OK, I know my Intel process has the VT-d or whatever its called support disabled in the BIOS, but what benefits would I gain by turning that on? I run an XP virtual machine, and am starting to use CentOS and Fedora in VirtualBox 3.

I'm not sure, but my processor seems running more efficient when turning on VT-x.

Also it's the only way that I can install 64-bit Guest OS.
