Hello.

Can I have a OSE and a NON-OSE version of VirtualBox 3.0.0 on the same machine simultaneously,
not runnnig at the same time ?

We don't support this constellation. There are several aspects (conflicting pathes, how to find the correct VBoxSVC service) which have to be fixed to get this working.
