I get " No bootable disk " from a vmdk disk image working with wmware ...(WinXP image)
What could be ?

PS _ of course the boot sequence is right...

Did you attach the .vmdk to your VirtualBox VM? Which boot controller did you use, perhaps VMware used a different one?
