Re-create the VM(settings), then use the Menu's of VBox GUI and select the virtual disk manager, there you can register the VDI's before attaching them.

Try open file %userprofile%\.VirtualBox\VirtualBox.xml on computer where VM copied from, find the entry
<MachineRegistry>
...
<MachineEntry uuid="{...}" src="..."/>
...
</MachineRegistry>
copy the whole line corresponds to copied VM to the file VirtualBox.xml on computer you have copied VM to.the corresponded place. Edit src="..." string to make sure it link to valid VM configuration file.
Repeat the save things with Virtual Hard Disk and Virtual DVD-ROM entry.
I know, what I saying it is not recommended, but 100% you will find the VM on new computer. But it's not 100% it'll work, probably u'll have to edit VM's .xml file too.
And VM may not boot up if destination computer have much different configuration.
On fact edition VirtualBox .xml files is not difficult, but not recommended, I dunno why.
