virtualbox.org

Hey guys,
trying to install Virtualbox on my windows machine, but it won't even install...the error that comes up is "...Virtualbox setup ended prematurely...System has not been modified...".

XP Pro SP3 with comodo firewall and ESET's nod32 virus scanner.

Any ideas?
