I've tried and tried to installed XP Pro x64 under VBox 3.0 using SATA emulation which I have done successfully under v2.2.4 just fine. I followed this post using the "Intel(R) 82801HEM/HBM SATA AHCI Controller (Mobile ICH8M-E/M)" driver, but I keep getting file read errors from my CD which I know to be good because I just installed Windows for real on another machine using it.

Anyone else?

Copy those files to a local (VDI)disk and run install from there.
