hi
when I open a VPN connection in my Windows XP guest, Virtual Box crashes without any message.
This problem occurs in Virtual Box 3.0 and 2.4. With Virtual Box 2.2 it works fine.
(I've tried a complete fresh installation in 3.0 but it doesn't help)
Has anybody else experienced the same behavior?
regards,
johnny

Re: Problem with VPN connection
hi,
my network settings are:
Adapter 1 (only one adapter):
Adapter Type: PCnet-FAST III (Am79C973)
Attached to: NAT
If I try to use bridged networking, it works. However, in this case i've always to choose manually between
native adapter eth0 and wlan0.
The same setting worked on 2.2.2 and previous releases.

Re: Problem with VPN connection
...i've tested it with other adapter type settings - no chance, VBox crashes.

Re: Problem with VPN connection
Any clue as to what is causing this? I have the same issue using SecureRemote. Also note that I have a vm created with a much earlier version of VBox that works fine, even using 3.0.0.
