'Linux KVM' vs 'VirtualBox + VT-x'

I need two technolgies compared:
'Linux KVM' and 'VirtualBox + VT-x enabled'
Interesting items:
1. Performance
2. Technical implementation. Does the 'Virtualbox + VT-X' acting as hypervizor ? if not, what is the difference ?
3. Does KVM technology can implement more features than 'Virtualbox+VT-x' ?

Can anyone give me answer to three positions ?

NO! it's not for school. After using google I found comparison kvm with VirtualBox without VT-x. I need comparison with VT-x enabled.
Can Virtualbox be called Hypervizor when VT-X enabled ?

I did not found any article about this.

VirtualBox is a type 2 hypervisor. With or without VT-x enabled.
