RHEL3 on Windows XP by using Virtual BOX 2.4.4

I have installed Redhat Enterprise 3 on Windows XP by Using Virtual Box 3.0.0.

After reboot, It has been panic When is booting.

What is wrong? I have to use Redhat Enterprise3.
