File attribute problem windows gust on linux host

Hello
My outlook ost file is found on a shared folder. Since the upgrade to virtual box 3.0.0 each time I save the machine state and reopen it the outlook ost file change its attribute to read only. the only way to overcome this is changing the attribute on the host side, the attribute cant be change from the gust.
This problem never occur with older version of virtual box (<= 2.2.4)
I use Fedora core 9
Virtual box 3.0.0
Windows XP SP3 + latest (3.0.0) Gust addition.
Did anyone notice the same problem?? any hint how to solve that??
