I have the same problem I have a Intel Core 2 Duo E7300. Is the SMP only working on 64 bit hosts? If yes why does the help file not clearly indicate that?

Sorry it is explained in:
Chapter 13. Known limitations
64-bit guests on 32-bit hosts do not support SMP yet (except on Mac OS X).

Ok sorry I did not see that. I have a 32-bit host and a 32-bit guest, both windows xp pro. Are SMP also not support on this type of configuration?

According to Sun, SMP will only be available to people that have VT-x/AMD-v capabilities. I do not have any other information at this point.
