two proc. and the task manager only one processor [resolved]

two processors and the task manager only one processor

appears in the device manager two processors

this happens in my OS that this in VirtualBox

is there any solution with two processor cores in the Task Manager?

OK.

Windows Vista [host] - Windows Server 2003 [guest].

the previous version of VirtualBox worked with only one processor. then in the Task Manager windows appears only one server processor ..

after

updated version of VirtualBox, and enable 2 processors
and started the [guest] updated for the additional guests.

more tasks manager of Windows Server is only one processor

The device manager sees the 2 CPUs so it's allright.

What you might wanna check is that the Task Manager is configured to display the 2 CPU usage.

I see it

most only one CPU,

there is the question he is working with a processor or two?

I think it must be a Windows error.
I will try to reinstall windows

I also had this same problem with my existing XP SP3 guest running on a dual-core Windows 7 x64 host.

I reinstalled XP and all the cores are active and correctly displayed in the guest's task manager.

Great util, thanks for posting! Be sure you extract it to your C:\ as the instructions indicate.
