Virtual Box 3.0.0 Issues

Nice to see a new version but for me, this version is a complete nightmare. First off, I uninstalled the last version 2.2.4 then installed version 3.0.0. When I tried to register, it fails everytime. Doesn't matter if I register as new user or try to login as existing user.

When I cancel out of the registration, I then start my VM session. Immediately, my CPU (Intel Core 2 Duo 2.20 GHz with 4 gigs of ram; Dell Latitude D630) spikes to 100% and I can't kill the process. Also tried multiple times.

Prior to this version, no issues. Everything worked well.

Help?!? Very unlikely for the team to release something that works this bad. Unusable for me as of right now.

Well the upgrade went well for me. Maybe you should share with us what the Host is. 32 or 64 bit? It appears to be 32 but I want to be sure.
Did you reboot after the uninstall and before you installed.

Try reinstalling by right clicking the install icon and then left click selecting run as admin. When presented select repair and see what happens. Reboot after the repair install.

Also did you change any of the guest settings?
