1)It hasn't detected usb.
2)How can I connect my virtual machines for networking? How can I configur them for networking and see each other?
3)If I want to update to 3 vertion what should i do?

You were asked to read the Forum Posting Guide before posting. Sorry but these are basic Qs covered in the manual. This forum is a supplement to and not a replacement for the UG.

USB is not supported in the OSE version. Networking is easy but you need to read the Networking section in the UG. At you level of experience, I would stick with 2.2 for now. To upgrade to 3.0 you need to uninstall virtualboxose-2.2 and install virtualboxose-3.0. Please come back with specific Qs on the appropriate topics after you have read the relevant UG sections and the FPG. Locking this topic.
