Error when enabling network connection (SOLVED)

Hello,

I cannot enable the network connection inside the XP machine. It hangs (see attached log).

Anybody can help?

NOTE: Solved doing an ACPI power off, restaring the machine, deactivating NAT, enabling the network (with error) and also restarting again.
